Mussett and M.A. Kahn, Cambridge Univ. Press Sources for atmospheric science/fluid dynamics:- - Atmospheric Science: an introductory survey.  J.M. Wallace and P.V. Hobbs, Academic Press This last book is a good investment if you are going to take other climate classes. It is pitched slightly high for this class, but we will suggest readings from it that will be useful. There will be some assigned readings from these notes.
