Structural-damage Images from Rajekwesi, East Java

All of these images were taken between 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on June 21, 1994 by Benjamin Cook.



This composite structure, built of concrete, masonry block, and brick, survived the tsunami largely intact and was one of the few homes left standing in the beach-front neighborhood of Rajekwesi.
